Sorry, its been said already- i had no idea that plumarians were a private thing, i had just seen them around and thought they were just like a wierd made up thing when trying to find a name for the character i made, sorry for wasting time :c

Plumerians are a closed species; making your own is strictly against the rules and has severe consequences.
I'm traveling til Friday w/ no access to my tablet!
