This guy on the main page here is not for adoption. His name is Brent (short for Brentley) and he is a greyhound centaur. I've had the idea for him since last year's Draw a Centaur Day and I've only just now gotten the chance to actually make him. Please do not use him for anything although gift or fan art of him is always welcome.
My intention is to create completely unique centaurs (made from scratch). Most of the ones I make will be semi-customs. That means that you can give me the general appearance that you would like for your centaur and then I will come up with a design based on that information. I will not be coloring in any lines so these will take longer to make than regular adopts and because of that none of them will be free, unless I decide to make one for an event or something. I don't know how often I will be able to make premade ones but a few might pop up from time to time. Those ones would be cheaper though.
- These are not a species so you can order any type of centaur you want, including the traditional horse based ones. The species that you want your centaur based off of is required but you are also welcome to narrow it down a bit more. For example, you could say you want your horse centaur to be an appaloosa.
- This is not first come, first serve. I will decide if I want to take your order or not. I will try to complete orders as I take them, but I may decide to work out of order.
- Shading will cost extra. These are meant to be character designs and shading can make it hard to tell what the design is. But if you do want shading then I will also include a non-shaded version for reference.
- Backgrounds will cost extra. Backgrounds take longer and I would rather focus my efforts on designing your centaur.
- You may use images as references but I will only be taking the general idea from them.
- You may include the general style or personality you would like for your centaur. This will help me to make a design you will like and it will also help me with clothing and accessories if you wish your centaur to have them.
- Be sure to use the Other section of the form to include any additional information I will need to make your centaur including whether you want a background, shading, etc. Also include if you want your centaur to like or dislike something so I can be sure I either put it in the design or leave it out.
- You are allowed to do anything you want with the centaurs I make for you, including sell them here on CS.
- If you do not like a centaur I make you there are three things we can do: 1. I can give you your payment back and put the centaur up for adoption 2. I can put the centaur up for adoption and make you a new one 3. You can keep the centaur and find it a new owner yourself (you must tell me first if you want to do number 3)
