• basic species info •
orb dragons range from the size of a house cat to a medium sized dog. this species thrives in the orben forest, whose dark oak trees produce the orb shaped fruits they eat in order to survive. like the name suggests, orb dragons have orbs all over their body: three on their forehead, three on their front legs and one on their hind legs. there are also three inside the glass container attached to their tails. those three orbs are the most important and without them, an orb dragon cannot function correctly. if the glass container breaks, the orb dragon will die.

what scientists think to be part of some sort of mutation, orb dragons have an extra "eye" located on their chest. behind this third eye is an orb dragon's heart. scientists have not yet discovered why this is the case, but hopefully will produce more information soon.
