I wanted to make this an open species for everyone since I didnt want this species to die out, I love them too much.
Open species: Anyone can make their own bibbles, but still must abide by the rules. Please read them ALL before making one.

About Bibbles
Bibbles are small creatures that are half penguin, half cat with feathers on their rumps and fluffy tails that can turn to water filled with small fish. They are usually very shy and very brightly coloured, most have markings that resemble types of birds or cats, sometimes both. Their fur is oily which makes them streamlined in the water when they go swimming, being half penguin, they have the ability to stay underwater for extended periods of time, and being half cat makes them very agile and fast, unfortunately they do not have the same climbing abilities due to their front legs being flippers, but their flippers are quite flexible making them able to hold things. They're chubby and fluffy bodies help them keep warm and they are also able to walk on their hind legs for a little while.
They do not have a gender, though they may use prounouns of course.

Habitat
Bibbles live on the snowy plains of Antarctica, here they have started building igloos to house themselves. Their chubby, fluffy bodies keep them warm here. They live nearer to the ocean so they are able to go fishing. They are quite able to live in other countries and travel via ocean. They live on a diet of fish, shrimp, krill and other sea species that they can catch, the only objection to this is the fish that live in their water tails, these are like pets to them.

Behaviour
Bibbles are usually very shy but very happy and content, when they get to know each other, they love to be in others company and very rarely find themselves dislikeing others. This friendly connection will proove useful in the long run, as they will have to be prepared to stay close to other Bibbles during the winter season to keep warm.

♥ Bibbles are usually brightly coloured. Very rarely are they dark colored.
♥ Bibble designs are usually based on other bird types or cats, sometimes both but this is also rare.
♥ For now i would ask not to make designs based on characters from tv shows, films, books etc.
♥ Breeding is not yet available, but you may mate either your own Bibbles or yours and someone else, when i feel enough Bibbles are out, i shall open a nursery.
♥ They are half cat, half penguin. This may not be changed, you cannot say they are any other anial, for example instead of penguin you cannot say its half chicken etc.
