You spot a brightly-colored Easter egg in a clump of grass. It has a blue zigzag down the middle, a purple background, and silver glittery spots. You pick it up and look inside. It has a piece of candy and a message that says, "Come one, come all, to the Easter KitTeacup event! Adopt KitTeas, suggest new designs, and wait to see how yours' grows up! March 28-April 8."

Although KitTeas are mammals, this event shows them as an Easter egg first, and then they "hatch" into KitTeas! They either open on Easter (and after they're adopted) or two days days before Easter if they were created in March and not April. (That way you don't have to wait a super long time to see them.)
The artists can choose to not make them Easter egg inspired, though they still have to start out as an egg. Be creative in suggesting designs for the artists, though these are just suggestions and artists don't always have to do it if they don't feel like it. I'll still put up a post with all the suggested themes, though.
If you've won any items from other events, you can use them here with KitTeas you've won or on regular KitTeas, just provide a link to the post confirming you won it and aren't making it up. ^^

I've added a few different egg lines and colored them in so they're lock alpha. Who knew it was so hard to draw a decent-looking egg?! You don't need to use them if you don't feel like it, but I felt it easier than adding them in yourself all the time. But, you still need to have an egg and a cover so your KitTea is a surprise!
I'd love if any of you think you're qualified, for you to do some line edits/add accessories to the eggs to show, for example, your KitTea has a bunny tail strapped on it's other tails. Of course it's not necessary, and I probably won't do it myself (I'm better at designing than drawing) just feel free!
I'll add in stuff every once in a while in this post if I feel it's needed.
