Hello! This description is a big WIP right now! XD

Chularons are mystical creatures from a futuristic land called Maximus. They are very powerful and rare and are immortal. They come in all different shapes and sizes, but how you can tell most apart from other creatures in Maximus is the cloud stuff that floats around them. SO YEAAAA

It was originally gonna be called a Umbrachu, but I didn't want to use that name in case if I wanted to use this species for any other purposes that I wouldn't be copying Pokemon.

But it also has a lot of different features, but you cant see it in the picture.
