I was going to be mean and say that you can't colour this in if you don't have a tolter, but i'm feeling pretty giving today. This means that anyone and everyone can colour this pony in! Though, I do ask that you put "Not A Real Tolter" in your description if your not colouring any existing tolters.
On that note, Do not colour a tolter that is not yours without the owner's consent.
Do not nag other people to do colour ins as well, this has been a growing issue, and I would like to say I have made it to where anyone and everyone can colour in the pony. You could be a masterful Oekaki artist or a total beginner, it doesn't matter.

Oh! PS The young but very talented Mr. Carter (the rider) is not editable. which means you can not give him hot pink boots or/and a bright green jacket. I was going to give him a back story but became overly lazy.
