I literally have no excuse on this. This rpw is based on one of my favorite games ever, Luigi's mansion, and to be honest, I just wanted an excuse to make a loosly based luigi rpw....cause why not?

this rpw is on v1 adult lines, has a rat tail and common green paint. The rpw's markings do not glow, they only look like they glow...
