The female puppy had fully developed wings, though can't use them yet to fly as they're still weak. Once she ages, she'll be able to fly like her father can. It appears that the father's genes were dominant, as they both have the sensors on their head which would allow them to fly better. Whether the wings on the male puppy will eventually develop into something worthy of flight is still uncertain. Though, if I'm correct, the winglike structure might to grow along the front legs of the Tracker, eventually allowing him to glide. Of course, I can be mistaken. The puppies are both healthy, though the male puppy is more active and seems to run faster than his female sibling. The female is more calm, observing the sounds and smells in the room. If they continue to act like this, they'll both be worthy Trackers, maybe even able to work together if they show no sibling rivalry.
