The staff here at Willow Creek will be making a series of horses from now until December 31.
On each horse's page will be a simple form and an end date and hour. After that point, no forms will be accepted and a form will be picked randomly from the completed forms.
However, there can only be two horses won per person. Once you have won two (marked by checks beside all participants' usernames), you won't be allowed to enter any more raffles. Any you do enter will not be counted, and may result in punishment.

I forgot to mention that everyone can only win 2 horses. You should probably add that to the first post, sorry I didn't say that earlier!
