I love the virtual form of Foopets.......so I was thinking about making a website that mixed a few of my favorite pet adoptable websites. All of which included a virtual pet format like the pets on Foopets. If anyone could help me out on the coding or any free website to make something like that I would be very greatful and overly joyed. Thanks.

Assuming that you're either a newbie programmer or someone who has no idea how to do it, you'll have to pay a skilled programmer (unless they're very kind to work for free) to set up a professional site like Foopets. After that you also have to pay for your site in order to keep it running, or have some kind of service where users spends real money on your site-- just like how CS is able to support itself by earning money through purchases from the Store, ads, etc.

You can find websites that allows you to create your own adoptable site for free, however it may have restrictions or limited features depending on the site's policy so keep that in mind. Heck you can go to these websites listed in this thread (literally the first thread you see in this board).
