So I wanted to see if I could achieve a water color like effect in CS's Oekaki.

Theanswerwasno. orz I keep on saying it over and over again, but I really should stop treating Oekaki like SAI.

Anyways, quickly drew this to celebrate the soon arriving ORAS release. I'm a big fan of Altaria and Mega Altaria looks absolutely amazing. *3*
