What are Creodines?;;
Torvus Latro (Latin for Fierce Hunter)- are large carnivorous beasts. They are a beautiful mixture of Big Cat and Ursine species and are well renowned for their unique and rare coat patterns. On average these hefty and largely built creatures can stand around 8 feet tall from the bottom of their paws to the Top of their skull. Though their general appearance may seem inviting or 'cute' these creatures are fierce and dangerous hunters who are extremely territorial. Most if not all Creodine's (a common name) have scars or injuries from fighting among others of their kind.
About Creodines;;
The Creodine live on a much larger version of our Earth. It is approximately 2 times Earth's size and has very limited weather surges. Here on their planet SYTALA 9 months of the year is covered in snow storms and blizzards. The 3 months remaining is a relaxed and beautiful spring time filled with an abundance of food and resources. Almost the entire planet is covered in thick and lush forests with varying mountainsides, lakes, rivers, waterfalls and a vast ocean.
In the nine months of winter, a Creodine and his/her mate live together to survive, this would also be breeding session for the two. In the 3 months of spring the female and male depart to the own personal lives. Meanwhile the female gives birth to one-to-four cublings. Once the winter comes again, they team up and live together(without breeding this time) and then in spring they part once more. This repeats for the rest of their lives. (the cublings would leave after they reach teen years)
However Creodine only pick one mate for their lifetime, and would then find another suitable mated pair to team up with and create a fierce hunting group. These members will live together and help raise each others cublings like their own.
Each group of Four is called a QUAD. These Quads will work together through winter and depart from each other during spring. Each group would have a designated alpha leader which is typically a female and 3 subordinates which includes that females mate.
Packs on the other hand are groups of three- 'bachelor' Creodine. These may be a mixture of male and female singles who need help in order to make it through winter. Each group like most is dominated by an alpha figure, but bickering and fighting is much more common in these packs and lead to them disbanding before spring rolls around.
Creodine's only come in natural color schemes. Browns, grey's, white, black, tan, orangey-brown, orangey-red. Also their coats can vary from plain to decorated with spots, stripes or both. As for eye color you will find these creatures with blue, green, yellow or brown eyes. Any other variations are unheard of or extremely rare. As for their build, they are extremely large and stalky. They have thick legs and powerful muscles in order to hunt with. Their coats are extremely thick but soft in order to withstand the immense cold of their planet.

-You are only allowed to apply for 2 Creodine at a time. Applying for more than that will disqualify you from entering for any Creo for a certain period of time.
