Onward My Loyal Steed

I don't really enjoy dressing up, so I usually skip the costumes but I love to dress up my dogs. I have a couple ideas of what I've been wanting to do with them for Halloween but I never get around to doing it. One idea is for my boy Tags to be the headless horsemen's horse, though with his short corgi legs he'd be more like the headless horseman's pony XD
