    The weekly challenge is usually a topic put up by the Admins for a week or so. Not everyone has to do it, but it's a fun activity if you need inspiration or are bored. You can enter as many times as you'd like, and it is not a competition. For the past few weeks, I have noticed that there has been no weekly challenge, however. I expect that either changes are being made to the board or they are trying to delete it. Hopefully the former! I enjoy this board.
    Also, excellent cat drawing! It's adorable.
