What is an impounded animal?
An animal that is in the pound is an animal that has failed to get adopted by it's adoption date. The animal is still up for adoption but he/she is a lot easier to obtain. All you have to do is post on the page with a name for the animal and it's yours! Also impounded animals are first come first serve and are always free.
