What is an Orb Tailed Adis?
An Orb Tailed Adis is a strange looking creature. Its not fully Reptilian, but its not a full mammal, either. Its seems to be a mix of a bat, crocodile, dragon, and cat. They have fur all over their bodies, and normally have unusual markings. The orb on their tail is called "The Orb Of Life." Each OTA has one. It is hard to remove or lose, but it supplies them with the energy they need to live. If it is removed, they will die.
The average OTA lives for up to 80 years, and normally grows to about 6 Feet in height. They are big enough to be ridden, just don't put more then two people on their back at a time! They are also known to be cuddle monsters, and need constant grooming. Be sure to clean their orb! They also have back feet, much like a dragons, that are almost always covered by their bat-like wings. They have horns on the back of their heads, that are made of the same substance as fingernails, and are hollow. They break easily, so make sure not to make two OTA fight, as they use their horns often! The horns are used for mating, as the ones with bigger horns often get better mates.
