One of my better anatomies, yes, though I plan to fix that up later in the editable (spoiler, if I actually complete it)
It seems for me that poses either come to me or they don't. Practice would probably do some good, but then again, who has time for that? //shot

I just use the pencil tool (opacity on a lower level + pressure sensitivity).
Then I just kinda do a sketchy draw over where I want shading in a color a few shades darker.
