----♚ So I was doodling yesterday and the little guy in the bottom left happened so I decided "Hey why not make it an adoptable?" so I did like… a complete reference sheet for these guys and then, before i went to line it, I was like "I should probably see if anyone would actually be interested in these" so here I am.

----♚ This a thus far nameless species of mythological feline. Its fur, which comes in a variety of colours, is about as soft as the fur of a chinchilla. They have tufts of fur that protrude from the tips of their ears and and beard-like side whiskers that match a lynx. The white's of their eyes are rarely white, in most they are black. Its tail best resembles that of a cheetah, and like cheetah, these creatures are incredibly fast. Those strange marks under the eyes and on the paws as well as the stripe does the back are a solid crystal like substance. While they appear and feel to be crystal, they are actually composed of 100% organic material. The crystals on their face and paws act like sensors telling them temperature or when certain hormones the environment are off-balance. It's almost like tasting the air to collect information but without their tongues. Speaking of, their tongue is like that of a normal cat. It is rough and uncomfortable to be licked by. But never mind that brief tangent. The crystal on their back is unlike the others. It is the most sensitive place on their bodies. The crystal here is not meant as a sensor of sorts, but instead protects its otherwise exposed notochord. It is also surprisingly flexible, capable to bend as the body does.

----♚ So I was thinking I kinda wanted to add something to this and at first I thought wings but then no, that's super overdone. So I thought "Hey maybe I should add feathers just behind the shoulder like a for of indication of wings." The way I did the sketch it just didn't look right so I was thinking of where I could add it so I put some behind the paws. Like how Hermes had winged sandals in the myths or whatever. IDK I thought it looked cool and I mentioned they were supposed to be pretty fast so hey why not, right? (I left the ones on the shoulder so I could see if people liked it there better)

----♚ Then I was thinking about dream catchers and stuff while I was goofing off and so I added like a string of stones to the tail. Like, on dream catchers how they catch bad dreams or whatever. I was thinking maybe the thing on their tails could work in a similar fashion. The crystals on the paws and face help to regulate them based on highly accurate analysis of the chemical composition and temperature of the air so why not have strings on their tails that convert the chemicals responsible for producing nightmares into stones before the nightmare occurs. Like a sanity regulator.
