This is a new species based on the idea that all myth comes from a seed of truth.

The legend of the "werewolf" was originated when humans first sighted this species in ancient times. Often seen traveling with packs of wolves, this bipedal canine species appear to be sentient, though very rare.

They will have changeable hair, tail, and ear styles. They also love to accessorize.

EVERY adopt will be unique with line edits!

As for an idea, maybe you could try a mane like a lion's but a bit smaller and more proportionate to the species.
