Well now! That little snake had sure been frightening, but it was all gone now. Luckily Allie hadn't lost her grip totally on the reins, or Marble may have had a chance to go for a little dash through the creek! The garter snake slithered off, looking equally spooked now. Ahead lay a canopy of trees, where birds were darting about in. One could spot a dark crow, letting out a raspy caw before taking off into the dark shadows of the trees. It was a little...spooky looking without much light in it. Kinda murky. How would Marble and Allie take it?
Perhaps with her extra agility, she'll have a better chance!
