What is a Jeweled Fennec?
A Jeweled Fennec is a large, wolf-like body with fennec-like ears. They have a long, fluffy tail with a puff of fur at the end. The tail has five smalls jewels grown in and all in a row. Jeweled Fennecs also have long, curled horns around their long ears and long claws. Example

All of the main colors of the rainbow are common in JF's. If all of the jewels are one color, it is common. Two colors is uncommon, three colors is rare, four is very rare, all five jewels of different colors is Extremely rare.

Red =
Ability to make places a little bit darker
Orange =
Ability to give off small flames
Yellow =
Ability to give off small amounts of light
Green =
Ability to make things grow a little faster than normal
Blue =
Ability to produce small amounts of water
Purple =
Ability to make light/small objects levitate (nothing heavier than a cat/small dog)

And because they only have five small jewels on each side of their tail (10 total), they can only do small amounts at a time and for short periods of time.
