How do you pixel art .3.?

On oekaki, you go to the box that controls the eraser and pencil/pen settings{top right}. at the top dropdown it says "Round Hard Edge." Just click it and go to "Round Pixelated" and this will get a pixelated brush ^^;

and if you mean how I draw in general with pixels, I sketch it normally and then I go over it on a new layer with a pixel line and try to get it to work and not too many lengths of straight lines.
