Basic Information
A Cotton-Tailed Dragon [CTD] is a colorful, soft, and furry dragon. It is a sociable creature and is generally friendly toward almost everything. For this reason, these deer-sized creatures make wonderful pets. They have extremely soft tails and furry 'manes' that make them appear slightly lionlike. They do not have claws, as they are so loved by other creatures that they never find themselves needing to protect themselves from anything, nor do they have to hunt, as they are generally herbivorous.
How to adopt
Simply click a CTD you're interested in and fill out an application.
Remember to follow all the rules that the artist has stated!
Traits
Most CTDs are herbivores, meaning they do not eat meat. Rarely, however, a CTD with a natural craving for meat is born.
Most CTDs are colorful due to all the berries and plants they eat, but occasionally CTDs with dark colors are produced.
A CTD is generally deer sized, but some can grow a bit larger and some are even as small as a golden retriever.
The tufts on their tails are made of an extremely soft, cotton-like fur that gives them their names.
If a CTD's tail tuft is shaved off, it will grow back. However, if its mane is shaved off, it will never grow back.
Rules
Follow all CS rules and try your hardest to be polite.
Please do not steal the species nor any traits.
Do not use anyone else's CTD in writing, art, etc without the owner's permission.
Please try not to complain if you do not win the one you tried for.
Do not try to bribe the staff or ask for customs.
Do not change the design of your CTD. Adding items, however, is completely fine.
You may own a maximum of 5 CTDs.
If you break 3 or more of these rules and were warned by a mod when you broke them, you will most likely be banned from adopting CTDs for a time to be determined by mods and myself. If you break any more rules after that, you will be banned from adopting CTDs.

Feel free to make small mane edits, but make these uncommon, please!
If you want to make large line edits [No mane, no tail tuft, mutations, etc] please ask me first.
Accessories are fine, but don't go too overboard, please.
Artists may make one custom CTD for themselves, but it counts toward the 5 CTD limit.

Contact me if anything gets out of hand or if you don't know how to handle something.
If someone has broken 3 or more rules after you or another mod has warned them, you have the right to ban them from adopting for a certain amount of time [you can set a time yourself, I'm trusting you to be responsible]. If the person breaks any more rules after that, contact me and we will discuss whether or not to ban them permanently.
