Well the poll came in more positive for these little critters so here is the base!

Breezies are a race of rare and intelligent magical creatures native to Equestria. They are first mentioned in Three's A Crowd by Fluttershy, and they appear in the episode It Ain't Easy Being Breezies. -MLP Wiki

Rules:

Do not remove Toxic Toast, please!
Keep layers locked while coloring.
You may edit the lines however you'd like!
You do not have to use the eyes and wings I drew!
You may take off CS, but please tell us and you MUST credit this base to us.
You may use for auctions/C$/DA points/Offsite trading/ect. I don't mind ^_^
There will be no "male lines", from what I saw on the show they all had those eyelashes male or female, so that's just how it stays =P
Feel free to suggest things! I may be adding a pollen basket added =3
