No School Again!

I don't know if I should be happy or not...I just got a call from my school district saying that school is canceled again tomorrow. This is the 5th time now, they canceled every time there was cold wind chills. I mean, I'm kind of glad I don't have to go, but I miss all of my friends...even though I just saw them on Sunday. I don't know...should I be :D or :( ?
