PFDC's Custom Mirun

my Frozen custom ;u; it didnt tkae me that long i just forgot i left it open and started watching TV.
since the rest of my Miruns will have little- no edits i went a little crazy with her;
her mane of course, is partially deflated
her wings are translucent and seemed to be made of ice
she has ice powers

✪i'm in college now but was on this site a lot for a few years. had a lot of fun, made friends and art, and i'm thankful for it. it was a good time : )
