Noooo D:. SHUN THE NEGATIVITY! SHUUUUNNN!
Anyways, I like it and I think it's cute c:. However, I'd like to give you a few tips that you might find useful.
First of all, we'll go through the layers. The bottom one should be the background; next comes color and then lines. I suggest you put them all on normal for a basic editable. If you want shading, but the shading layer under the coloring layer and set the coloring layer on multiply. Labeling the layers always helps too ^^.
As for the line settings, generally the thinner the lines the more realistic it appears, so, of course, as a vice versa the thicker the lines the chibi-er it seems. Be wary of not making them too thick, though. Nine pixels tends to be the best bet; don't forget to put the smoother to at least thirty percent for nice, soft lines.
I think that's pretty much it -- it's the basics! Remember, making the object/critter/person fit the canvas (not too small, no too large) usually grabs more attention; it makes it look better as well.
Thanks for reading my random tutorial xD. I hope I've helped ~ <3.
