Here you go baby! I tried to make everything unique and copy mostly from your ref.
I didn't add the ankle galaxy stuff because it just looked... odd, and I couldn't manage the fringe either. XD The stars are on a seperate colour layer, the lighter part of the galaxy thing REMAINS transparent, the charm is separate, and there are those little gender and colour palette thingos.

EDIT~ And yeah, the fringe was really hard for me too and I was wondering whether I should ask you not to do the ankle bits but you being you I thought you would remove them anyways, and thanks sooooo much for them!
