What is a Lion Tailed Mongoose?

Lion Tailed Mongooses are small mammals, with long lion-like tails and a single horn on their brow. They have long, expressive ears and a short mane that runs from the back of their neck into a long forelock that hangs in front of one side of their face. They are amazingly fast runners, leading to the nickname "Swiftpaws". LTM use their horns to fight for mates and self defense, but are mostly peaceful creatures. They were created through the fusion of the unicorn and the mongoose, and as such are prone to genetic mutations. Will you be lucky enough to catch one?

Appearance

They have long lion tails, with a large poof of hair at the end. Another characteristic of the LTM is their single horn. All LTM have a talisman that they receive at birth. No two LTMs will EVER have the same Talisman. Occasionally, an LTM is born with spots, but this is rather rare.
