I strongly advice against using a online animation program. Sometimes they put their ugly signature in the way, and there are frame limits and already set speeds (slow, fast, medium, etc. instead of actual numbers that you can customize further). I find using Gimp much easier. If you are familliar with the program, you just post all frames over eacother as new layers and you can specify the speed like this:
(100ms)
anywhere on the layer's name.
100ms is about right for an avatar, but you can play around with the speed.
Then you go up into the filter tab, go to animation and then click playback to watch it. When you're going to save it, save as a .gif (of course) and check a box that says "as animation" and that's all. It gives you a lot more freedom with speeds and all little things like that ouo
