I had to make a second version to add your name because the original contains a lot of junk and sketches that are not needed (but I like to keep them for reference)

First you remove the layers "%Lily Tail Rabbits" and "%Sample", then color on the layers named like "# xxx COLOR" with lock alpha. It's all pretty organized and simple.
