Far, far too late do I realize the shading makes zero sense... but hey, it all looks fairly pretty and like that it's supposed to be, so that's all that matters.

I don't draw deer all that often, but I've been listening to some Christmas songs (The Holly and The Ivy in particular) while drawing in attempts to make a pony Christmas adopt set... but somehow that turned into a sketch of a little deer.

Which then became this.

So... yeah, that's all there is to it ^^;
