General information: Doxies are mix between foxes and deer. Relatively light and nimble, they can often be found leaping through forests, their main environment. Doxies are quite social, but they much prefer to sleep in solitude, so each doxie has his or her own den. As doxies are half herbivore, half carnivore, some doxies prey on small birds and rodents, while others graze on vegetation. This depends on the particular doxie's personal preferences. Personality-wise, doxies are typically playful, light-hearted, and curious. Unlike deer, doxies of both genders have antlers, which they use very rarely. They may, however, find objects to put on their antlers as decorations. Doxies have a fascination with human objects, and it is not uncommon for them to have hoards of random objects they have stolen in their dens. Sometimes doxies may choose to live in urban settings, although the majority do not associate directly with humans. Doxies come in all sorts of colors and patterns, but they all have a spot on each cheek, five spots on each side of their bum, and lighter-colored back of their tail. Doxies are close in size to foxes, but weigh only about 10-20 pounds.
