About Present Felines:

A Present Feline is an unusual cat that can have any color and pattern and almost never leaves it's box. If it does leave its box, it can normally only stay outside for 3 hours before it has to go back inside. When a kitten, it cannot go out of it's box at all until it is 1 month old. The box is magically sealed closed until that time.

How to Adopt:

To adopt a Present Feline, click on the picture of a Present Feline that says "Adopt Me". If it does not say that, it means that it is not available for adoption. In the topic for that Present Feline there will be a contest, such as first come first serve, a raffle, or a form contest. All adoptions are free. If you win a Present Feline, you are allowed to ask to be added so you can add accessories or make a page for your feline, as long as you follow the rules.

General Rules:

- Please do not take off-site

- Do not be rude to others

- Do not make posts unrelated to Present Felines

- Do not beg to become an artist

Adopting Rules:

- You may own as many pre-made Present Felines as you want

- If you win a feline and are added so that you can make accessories, Remember it is only accessories like earrings or toeless socks. No removing ears or changing how the tail looks or changing the feline's color or anything like that.

- You may own up to 2 customs, if you are/were a guest artist, you may own up to 3, and if you are a permanent artist or Present Felines topic mod, you may own up to 6 customs

- Don't bribe the artist to win a Present Feline

- Don't say another user's Present Feline is yours

- Do not whine if you do not win a Present Feline

Artist Rules:

- Do not remove my signature

- Do not extent a contest more than twice

- Avoid removing the backround or editing it, unless it is a special feline. Changing the color of the "glow" around the feline is fine.

- Although you won't get a strike or anything if you forget to, it is appreciated if you put the number of the cat in the title

Strike System:

The strike system will be used if you break the rules. Nothing will happen when you have one or two strikes. If you get a third strike, you are banned from adopting Present Felines and the ones you had owned go to the Feline Shelter. If you have a strike, one will be removed after 30 days.

I edited this so that you can have there be a ribbon or no ribbon on the cat. From now on, boys usually won't usually have ribbons, and girls usually will. This isn't necessarily always true, though.
