Yup, I made a RoW ref. It can be used for any wolf characters, but I'd prefer if you kept it natural-looking.
One of the reasons I made a RoW ref sheet was to better reference my book characters
Another reason was to keep them all in one place, on one sheet, and to show ALL of the details for them.
By the way, yes. RoW is my own book project xD I've spent quite a while writing it, but lately I've wanted to get to know the characters better, so I'll be drawing them all on here and doing profile-things to accompany them
Why is it specified to Reflection of a Wolf?
Because it has many characteristics only recognizable by people who closely follow my book's ties.
AKA, a few of my close friends I shared it with while it it still in-progress.
One of these characteristics includes certain tails. Female wolves have somewhat smaller tails than males. No particular reason why. It just is like that.
Another is the "marks;" Marks are a way of showing a wolf's rank. They are permanently marked after they earn their respective rank. Their marks are usually colored similar to their pelt color, so they don't look stark (ever wonder why Kolsa has pale gray above her eyes? She was marked at a younger age since she was born to her rank)
A mark of sorts also determines which of the three packs a wolf was born to. The marks are given at adolescence so they don't get outgrown or mutated with the growth of the young wolf, and also to mark loyalties. If a wolf moves packs at a younger age (discouraged but allowed) they won't have to worry about getting the fur ripped out like they would if they had waited until adulthood to switch, or been marked early. The practice of mark removal can be a bit cruel, but is necessary nonetheless. Packmarks are always at the eartips. There is no specific color to them. Usually, much like Rankmarks, they are similar to pelt color.
The Cervid (SIR-vid) pack (members are called Cervids or Cervid Wolves) is a pack in the warmer plains. The Cervids' fur is usually a bit shorter in length (not on ref, just random info) to properly accommodate the warmer temperatures. Cervids are usually slim, agile, and clever
The Occid (Oa-ssid) pack (members are simply called Occids or Occid Wolves) lives on the cold mountaintops nearby. They are powerful climbers and often have long fur and a husky build, with huge paws. They are strong, vigilant, and honorable
The Sienne (SEE-anne) pack (members are called Siennes or Sienne Wolves) lives by the river. They are the best swimmers and can even catch fish. However, this pack has the smallest territory. Siennes have medium-length, waterproof coats and rudderlike tails (again, not visible in ref cuz I'm lazy.) Siennes are intelligent, able to swim the best, and proud.
Feel free to use these for your own characters (realistic preferred, but I can't stop you from coloring the bright characters on here xD) or envision your own characters.
WARNING: LOTS of layers! Individual shading, lines, and color layers for each option (8+) as well as preset marks (mentioned above) and individual detail layers!

I will be adding shading and lock-alpha layers soon! I just wanted to get this posted now, before I have to leave for Arkansas for a few days

EDIT: I'm back!~
