About Orbles...

Orbles are a recently discovered, curious creature. They are naturally inquisitive, intelligent(even able to communicate clearly with humans), and are generally attracted to shiny, round objects, thus they collect marbles and such to wear as accessories. Being omnivores they will eat basically anything a human would eat and more. Usually having short, plush fur, the tip of the tails and the top of their head and neck are covered in a thicker hair. They are about the height of a large house cat but much larger in length, and often pick a human's shoulders as their resting place. Due to these qualities they are popular companions, but should never be considered something so low as a "pet".


More About Orbles...
-Orbles are generally lighter-colored, and dark Orbles are somewhat uncommon.
-Orbles also tend to have stripes of some sort, though it is becoming more and more common to see them without any.

Rules + Regulations

- As usual, please be respectful toward the staff and other Orbles community members.
- Please do not make a fanclub, archive, etc. unless you are staff.
- Do not mini-mod.
- Do not ask to be a moderator, artist, or any other form of staff.
- You may own 6 Orbles.
- Do not claim this species or someone's individual Orble as your own.
- Customs are not publicly available.
- Hair edits are fine, but you need permission from the original artist before you do them.
- Accessories are great and you do not need permission for these.
- No complaining if you do not win(this includes guilt tripping, etc.). Doing so will earn you a warning. If you have a serious issue with the results of a contest PM me or another staff member.
- If you are banned, your Orbles will be re-adopted.

-To Staff

- You may own 7 Orbles; all of those may be customs if you would like.
- You may make your first custom whenever you like, but I'd like it if you asked permission before making any more.
- If you are unsure about anything or have any questions, please ask me asap!

Anyone added before to make themselves an Orble may choose to become staff, please PM me if you were added and would like to.

Staff duties + morestaff stuff
Artists are responsible for making adopts and, if they choose to, breed Orbles(when I get the nursery up). Artists who choose to work the nursery may not take only heterosexual(male x female) pairings. Occasionally artists may answer questions and mod the thread.
Moderators answer questions, mod the thread, hand out warnings and more. They may also make adopts, with permission, to help out the artists when it gets busy.

Warnings, strikes, and bans go here.
System:
Warnings are from minor offenses(ie mini-modding, guilt tripping, etc) and go away after 2-3 months.
> After a certain number of warnings(depends on the severity of what happened) you will earn a strike.
Strikes are for those with multiple warnings or those that have broken important rules, but have not done so severely enough to get a ban. At the current moment, strikes are permanent and do not go away.
> 3 strikes and you're out. Whether it is a permanent or temporary ban depends on what the strikes were for.
Temporary bans and permanent bans are both entirely possible. With permanent bans, your Orbles will be re-adopted. If you are temporarily banned you may not participate in the community at all(post on the fanclub, try out for Orbles, etc.) until your ban is up.
