I'd go with this, so the mortality of each character is easier to follow. It looks like a good idea, and I would match each of the eyes up with the description that you have for them.

Alrighty ^^
I was thinking something like the corrupted(insane) demons would have the pure red eyes, ones that are just demons have see pupils.
God chosen could really be any color(not listed, blue was just the one that popped into my head, green works too i dunno what other colors off the top of my head)
Half demon could be either the grey or the purple whichever yo
Half light is misty white if made by regular critter, blue/white if by a godchosen critter
Angel is white, Fallen angel is black
Normals are yellows browns oranges, really any color not on this.
