Alright a basic sketch of my armor concept,

Description:
Based off of a dragon~
The jaw of the helm has a spring like hinge so when she opens her mouth the jay follows.
Its a light weight yet sturdy and strong armor plating.
The bones if caught in the enemy will splinter and break off burying itself in the opponent. They are easily replaced by twisting the bone out of the hole and twisting another in.
