what are foggies?

foggies are catlike creatures with tails and neck manes of mist, these creatures are most active on misty nights and only apear every 3 years. they have common, uncommon, or omg so rare forms, and they can come in customs as well. as they grow, they gain mist on some point of their body, such as their paws, ears, and a tuft on their heads. some have patterns to go along with their moods and or personality.

i have a few rules
1. if you want one but its taken, dont bride or yell at that person
2. you can have a custom, but you have to be exact on what you want
3. enjoy!
