Greetings!
Wow I haven't had an editable in... Well a long time ^u^;
It was something I used for a competition in designing a character.

I may add more do's and don'ts if I find that things are unfair or irritating.
Please read them carefully and ask me if you're questioning something!

Do;

+ Use the "color" layer.
+ Use for/in competitions.
+ Use to make free adoptables.
+ Add things.
+ Edit base lines.
+ Edit layers/make changes to the shading -
it was sloppy and I mite fix it later when I have time.
+ Create a background.
+ Move my signature around.

Don't;

- Sell created designs for real money. Online cash/pets is fine.
- Remove my signature or make it invisible.
If I cannot see it clearly I will likely ask you to change
it and if you don't comply I will report you for it.
- Put your own signature on this.
It is my base, and your signature
does not belong there.
