What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

++Reason for choosing the name usami/monomi is a new character introduced in sdr2, usually to serve as a counterpart to mr. monobear himself. since usami plays a (relatively) big part in the game, and since the mutato will have her face on it, that seems to be the perfect name.
+what is this mutato's SHSL title and why? shsl teacher - usami is a shsl teacher. although she might not be the smartest mutato, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others as much as she can. she knows more than she might appear to, and will take every chance she gets to share knowledge with others.

++Reason for choosing the name
Usami/Monomi is essentially the mascot of SDR2, just like Monokuma was the mascot of DR [even though their personalities are drastically different from each other]. Since 'mi' is the recurring suffix in Usami/Monomi's name, I decided to use that as a basis for this Mutato's name, since they are both representations/mascots of the game.

+what is this mutato's SHSL title and why?
Mimi is a SHSL Sweetheart. Since Mimi is partially based off of Unami and Unami is absolutely adorable, I think giving Mimi the title of SHSL Sweetheart is quite fitting. Think of Mimi as a combination of Chihiro, Asahina and Nanami's personalities all rolled up into one Mutato.
