I just started drawing with the aim of possibly making a new species and this is what I ended up with. It's a dog/snake cross. The back, tail, back of ears, and top of head is supposed to be the snake part and the rest is a dog. I meant to add scales to the snake half but it looked like a mess. I might try again to add scales but for now lets just say they're just too small to be seen from a distance.
The dog is a long haired so the fur sticks out around the area where the snake and dog blend, except for the face since the fur is shorter around there.
