Avacyn's Story: My owner and I have traveled to this haunted ranch. She is here to discover the secrets. I am here to help her no matter the cost. I make sure she puts me in one of the haunted stalls. I want to be taken. That way my mistress will have someone to help her on the other side. I will make sure no other ghost horse goes near her. I will help these ghosts pass on. I make a vow out loud to help them. to help the humans understand what has happened and how to mend what is happening. A week has passed and I see the ghost mare Liliana approaching me. She smiles and tells me that I have brought her hope and in doing so have lived up to my name. She desires my help and asks if I will pass on. I tell her I will do so and suddenly a strange smell enters my stall. I hear the screams of a frightened foal followed my the screams of horses that followed after. I collapse to the ground. When I awaken I am outside in the forest with Liliana standing next to me. I stand up and follow her to where the others are waiting. She tells me I have given them all hope including Darksider. We soon reach the herd and I see Darksider, her family and her many victims. I also see something they do not. I see a paler shape. The shape of a human girl. she looks to be in her early twenties. She is the owner of Liliana and Darksider. I recognize her from the photos my mistress showed me. The only difference is the girl looked so happy in the photos but looked so sad and full of pain here. I turn to ask Liliana but she has disappeared and reappeared next to her children and stallion. I look back to see her human gone. I now know I have more than just horses to save.
