Hello there. I see you may be intrigued by what you see here.These lovely creatures are dragon ponies. A strange hybrid found in a land between Canterlot and the dragon lands. As you can probably infer from there name and appearance, they are a mixture between dragons and ponies. These creatures are looking for somewhere new to live.. Would you be willing to take one home?

About Dragon ponies
Dragon ponies, as I said before, are a mixture between ponies and dragons. This being so, they carry both pony and dragon traits.
Diet-Dragon Ponies are omnivores. The eat both plants and meat. Plants they eat consist of fruits and vegetables, but they will not eat hay, grass, or any kind of leaves. Meats they eat consist of ham, beef, chicken, and sometimes fish. They are civilized, so they do cook their meat.
Lifestyle-Dragon ponies have a life mostly similar to ponies. The have their own houses, towns with public places (libraries, schools, shops, restaurants, exd). They are very social and love to spend time with friends. They also often have pets that they take care of. Unlike ponies though, they like to rough house. Every year they have the Dragon pony games, where citizens compete in games that include wrestling, tug-of war, water fights, and many other games.
cutiemarks- Yes, dragon ponies have cutiemarks. These are just like pony cutiemarks. They are born a blank flank, and then someday discover their special talent, then earning a small image on their flank that represents that talent.
appearance- dragon ponies have the body, legs, and head of a pony, and have the tail, wings and horns of a dragon. The most common characteristics of a dragon pony is those shown above (1/4 will have different tail spikes, horns, exd,), although they do come in a variety of different features. There are even sea dragon ponies, feathered dragon ponies, and furry dragon ponies. The rares of dragon ponies though, are elementals. They carry a special ability of either fire, water, air, or earth. Their talents usually coincide with their ability. Even rarer though, are rainbow ponies! (these are self explanatory)

Adoption
You can apply to adopt by filling out forms, which will be found on each dragon pony's page. You will fill out the form along with other people who wish to adopt. After a few days, the dragon pony itself will judge the forms, picking its favorite. The person who wins gets to take the dragon pony home with them. On some occasions, (mostly with the rarer dragon ponies) they dragon pony will not want to choose a form. When that happens, there will be a competition. These will be art competitions.

Adoption Rules
*Don't edit the character, even if you win it.
*Don't be mean. No one likes bullies
*you can own as many as you like.
*ALWAYS credit the design to the artist and this shop.
* You may NOT sell or give away any dragon pony that you own
*customs are 2C$ or 1 rare pet. The payment goes to the artist doing the custom. Remember, each artist can only so 1 custom per 2 weeks. If you want a custom, its first come first serve. If you dont ask first, you have to find another artist or wait until the next week.

Artist rules
*Every 4th pony you make can have different horns, tail spikes exd. (this includes sea dragon ponies, furry ones and feathered ones)
*DO NOT make elementals without my permission
*NO rainbow ones without my permission. they are VERY rare.
*1 custom per artist per 2 weeks

I'm joining the artist comp, and I was wondering, if we win/lose could we keep the dragon pony?

Also, do you do customs?

If you go to the competition prizes 1st-6th get to keep their design. As for custom, each artist will be able to do 1 custom per week. I am the only artist right now. Oh, and customs will be 2 chicken dollar (or a rare pet if you dont have any) which will go to the artist. feel free to shoot me a request for a custom!
