Leader of the Rouges - Blitz has one light blue eye, one light orange. He's the only beast to have eyes of completely different colors since all others with different eyes are only different shades.
His calling card/gang sign is the no-solution sign.

Edit: Added a background for Blitz too. He's in a warehouse he and his gang often use as a base. The walls are plaster and he smeared his gang sign on one of the walls. He's standing up on a large shelf while looking down at his surroundings.
