What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

This one is a quick one... I spent more time thinking about what would look good than actually making it detailed or creative... ; o ; It's simple, I know, but I still think it's cute!

Extra; Reason for Choosing the Name; To be honest, when I saw this Mutato I had no idea in the slightest what I'd name her, so I decided to do my form first. While searching for something orange and purple, I though "Hey- how about some flowers?" I ended up finding the image to the left, and I settled on Bouquet for the name

This is my first time trying out for a Mutato, so I'm very excited! And since it is my first time I'd like to tell you a bit about myself. I'm Canadian, female and I live in a small town in the Southern part of Canada. Does that give away too much? X3 My hobbies are drawing, blogging about my favorite stuff on Tumblr and hanging out with my friends and just being silly. My favorite animes are Soul Eater, Hetalia and Blue Exorcist. I love sunny days, my dog Indy- who is a GSD mix, the computer and CS (obviously.) I LOVEEEEE modern rock/hard rock bands. Okay, enough of me telling you about myself, onto the actual thing! c:

Miau.
I picked this name because when I first saw the design, it made me think of a cat the second I saw it, because of the fish and the circle designs and the colours! I don't really know why they reminded me of cats though. The word (or name in this case), "Miau" is "meow" in several different languages- Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Finnish, German, Lithuanian, and Spainish. I thought it fit her because of that. Her personality is cheerful, bubbly and loves to play and eat. She tends to act like a cat. She loves yarn, fish, basically anything a cat likes. Miau always somehow maintains a positive vibe which is somehow contagious- even those who are the grumpiest will catch it.

Female is what I'd thought would suit her. And it just suits the name, too.
