UZU are small fox-like creatures with some unusual traits. What appear to be wings, are more like a collection of spikes that can be used to hover a bit off the ground but are used mainly a defense mechanism similar to one of a porcupine. Their large, downward-facing ears also have these spikes; however, the ones on their ears contain a deadly neurotoxin that can paralyze and sometimes kill an attacker. Speaking of their ears, UZU's ears have slits in them near the tops that allow sound waves to reach their eardrums. Between their ears is a tuft of silky fur the likes of which are only found on UZU around their neck, on their head, and their tails. The rest of their bodies are covered in short, smooth fur that comes in a variety of colors; however, the swirls on their cheeks are almost always vibrant colors and match their eyes.

UZU eat mainly small rodents and the occasional small cat, but if the meat is not readily available, they do very much enjoy sweets. They have weak hearing, but their eyesight and sense of smell are great enough to compensate. General personality varies in UZU but for the most part, they have a lack of trust for other members of their own species and warm acceptance of humans bearing sweets.

1. You may own 4 UZU total.
2. Be respectful to all members of the community. Especially our staff.
3. Do not ask to join the staff. Our staff members are selected by ∅blivi∅n and there will be no forms to apply.
4. Check the first post before asking a question. The search function is also available for use.
5. No one or two word posts. It's spam. End of discussion.
6. No mini-modding. That is what our moderators are for.

1. As an artist you may make unlimited pre-mades.
2. Follow species guidelines.
3. Only have two open contests at a time so that none are left open. Each contest should be centered on one UZU.
4. Line edits and special features must be approved by ∅blivi∅n. This includes designing both a male and a female at the same time.
5. As an artist, you may make yourself custom UZU, but two of your slots must be adopted.

—-Guest Artists-—
Guest Artists, or GAs, are artists who are temporarily invited to design a total of three UZU to put up for adoption. GA periods last for 2 weeks in which time the GAs will be allowed to create 2 UZU each. Keep in mind, these slots are not first come, first served.
