cn_spots, A) we are supposed to be closed to all new breedings.

B) The mother is a Mustang Makeover horse, and I believe that those are not allowed to be bred by users at this point in time.

I will talk to Teresa about the second point when she is next available, but please remember that we simply have too many orders on backorder to take anymore, and that we need to stick to our guns about being closed.
