Welcome to Pencil Pups! What is a Pencil Pup you may ask? Didn't you see it on the news? It was a big epidemic where people were buying pencil boxes and then these guys popped out! It would appear that they are very attached to the pencils in their mouths and are likely to get violent if you try to take it away from them. Yikes. Anywho, I've decided to take in all pencil pups and put them up for adoption! They like to take shelter in boxes or small spaces, because they are just a little bit bigger than a pencil itself. Care to adopt one?

Rules:
-Don't claim line art as your own
-Don't reserve a custom slot; first come first serve
-Pencil Pups are free, so no need to send me a payment of any kind unless I ask for one {like you requested I make a lot of line edits. I might ask for payment then.}
-If you want to role play your pencil pup, take a vote above. If I get enough votes, I'll make a Pencil Pups RP forum. Otherwise, give me credit if you role play them elsewhere.
-Don't make line edits to this. If you're an artist, recommend an edit to me, don't do it yourself.
-Don't use for profit outside of CS
-Not a rule, but please do post any fan art/banners/fan clubs etc. you make for Pencil Pups c:
-Artists can make two free customs. Otherwise, I will ask for payment for customs. Nothing special, anything will do; uncommons+, C$, items.
-Artists: I don't care how you chose to give away your pet- contest or first come first serve- or if you want to do customs as well.
